Insurance

Q: Do you take my health insurance?

A: Your insurance doesn’t take us! Our goal is to provide you with the BEST healthcare possible, including non-pharmaceutical interventions and preventative care. Unfortunately, insurance companies do not currently cover our services.

Q: Can I submit my costs for health insurance reimbursement?

A: Yes, we can provide you with a itemized bill to submit to insurance. However, all charges will be due at the time of service. Please check with your insurance company regarding “out-of-network” benefits before pursuing this option.

Q: Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?

A: Yes! We encourage our patients to choose health insurance plans that have an HSA/FSA option (tax-free) so they can use their benefits for both medical treatment and ongoing preventative care.

General Billing

Q: What other payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Q: Can I receive care without purchasing a membership plan or package?
