About Prop 106
Proposition 106 will prevent Washington's mandate that Arizonans buy health insurance - or pay a HUGE penalty, fine or tax.
Prop 106 will stop the IRS from becoming the collection agency for the health insurance industry.
2 Freedoms Protected
Proposition 106, the Arizona Health Care Freedom Act,will amend the Arizona Constitution to protect 2 rights:
-That all Arizonans have the right NOT to participate in any health care system or plan, without penalty, fine, or tax. In other words - no government-forced insurance
-That all Arizonans have the right to spend their own money to obtain legal health care services.
In other words, government bureaucrats cannot tell you that your life and health care are not worth fighting for!
